As the school year starts and youth mentoring programs gear up their programming, this month we feature MENTOR, which is an organization focused on mentoring youth.

MENTOR’s mission is to fuel the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for America’s young people and to close the mentoring gap for the one in three young people growing up without this critical support. MENTOR offers webinars, a resource library, videos to supplement training, a networking platform, and a plethora of resources focused on growing your mentoring skills. So, if you think you have what it takes to be a mentor, you can find a program here and spread some mentoring love. Check out this IMA endorsed resource and find out how to Become a Mentor!

This month we are highlighting Mentoring Works! as our featured resource.  Our colleague, Anne Rolfe, offers free webinars, complimentary eBooks, and free downloads to help you get your mentoring program started.
